Welcome to RWDesk.RWDesk is a marketplace platform that connects clients with independent freelancers. The platform helps users find services, manage projects, process payments, and request payouts.
By using RWDesk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Marketplace Platform
RWDesk provides technology that allows clients and freelancers to:
* Create accounts
* Connect and communicate
* Manage projects
* Make and receive payments
* Request withdrawals
RWDesk is not a bank, financial institution, money transfer service, escrow service, or employer of freelancers.
Payments and payouts are processed through third-party providers.
2. Clients and Freelancers
Clients and freelancers work with each other independently.
Freelancers are responsible for:
* Providing their services
* Completing agreed work
* Managing their taxes and legal obligations
RWDesk does not control freelancer work or guarantee project results.
3. Client Payments
Clients can pay for services through payment providers supported by RWDesk, such as Stripe.
Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers.
RWDesk does not store complete card details.
4. Freelancer Withdrawals
After a freelancer completes the work and the client approves the delivery, the freelancer may see the available amount in their RWDesk account and request a withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed through supported payout providers, such as Wise.
RWDesk may require identity verification or security checks before processing withdrawals.
RWDesk may delay or restrict withdrawals if needed for:
* Fraud prevention
* Payment disputes
* Refunds or chargebacks
* Security reasons
* Legal or provider requirements
5. Identity Verification
RWDesk may require freelancers to verify their identity before using withdrawal features.
Verification may be completed through third-party providers such as Persona.
6. Refunds and Payment Issues
If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, RWDesk may adjust the related transaction and take appropriate action.
7. Third-Party Services
RWDesk uses third-party providers for:
* Payment processing (Stripe or similar providers)
* Freelancer payouts (Wise or similar providers)
* Identity verification (Persona or similar providers)
These services are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Platform Responsibility
RWDesk provides the marketplace platform but is not responsible for:
* User disputes
* Freelancer service quality
* Payment provider delays
* Bank delays
* Third-party service issues
9. Changes to Terms
RWDesk may update these Terms from time to time.
By continuing to use RWDesk, you accept the updated Terms.
