RWDesk is a marketplace platform that connects clients with independent freelancers and provides AI-powered services for instant task execution.
By using RWDesk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
RWDesk provides technology that allows clients and freelancers to:
RWDesk is not a bank, financial institution, money transfer service, escrow service, or employer of freelancers.
Payments and payouts are processed through third-party providers.
Clients and freelancers operate independently.
Freelancers are responsible for:
RWDesk does not control freelancer output or guarantee results.
For AI-powered services, RWDesk acts as a technology provider that generates automated outputs based on user input.
RWDesk offers AI-powered services ("AI Tasks") that are completed automatically using artificial intelligence systems.
AI Tasks are separate from freelancer services.
Once a client submits and pays for an AI Task:
After receiving the watermarked preview, the client may:
Approval confirms acceptance of the AI output.
Upon approval:
If the client rejects an AI Task, RWDesk may offer the following options, client can choose from:
(1) Platform Credit (Default Option)
(2) Refund to Original Payment Method
Where applicable:
If no card payment exists, the refund will be issued as platform credit.
(3) Repost to Freelancers
Clients may choose to convert the rejected AI Task into a freelancer project:
Each AI Task includes a non-refundable AI processing fee.
This fee covers:
The AI processing fee is non-refundable in all cases, including approval or rejection.
AI-generated outputs are delivered with a watermark for evaluation/review purposes only.
Clients agree that they will not:
Only approved AI Tasks provide access to final unwatermarked files.
Ownership of AI-generated output transfers to the client only after approval and full payment completion.
Before approval:
AI-generated content may:
RWDesk does not guarantee perfect or error-free results.
By approving an AI Task, the client confirms acceptance of the delivered output.
Chargebacks or disputes after approval may result in:
RWDesk reserves the right to contest payment disputes.
After a freelancer completes work and the client approves it, the freelancer may request withdrawal of available funds.
Withdrawals are processed through third party providers, can take 5-7 business days to depending on conversion and transfer from third party payment provider.
RWDesk may require identity verification and may delay withdrawals for:
RWDesk may require identity verification for freelancers before enabling withdrawals.
Verification may be performed through third-party providers such as Persona.
If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, RWDesk may:

RWDesk uses third-party service providers to operate the platform, including but not limited to:
RWDesk is not responsible for the actions, performance, or policies of third-party service providers.
