Client Marketplace Agreement
By posting a project on RWDesk, submitting a request, or making a payment through the Platform, you agree to the following terms.
- Project Posting
You agree to provide accurate information about your project, including:
- Project requirements
- Expected deliverables
- Timeline
- Budget
- Other relevant details
You are responsible for ensuring that your project information is complete and accurate.
- Hiring Freelancers
RWDesk helps connect clients with independent freelancers.
When you select a freelancer, you agree that:
- The freelancer is an independent service provider
- RWDesk is not the employer of the freelancer
- The agreement for services is between you and the freelancer
RWDesk only provides the marketplace platform to help manage the transaction.
- Payments
You agree to pay the amount shown for the project through supported payment methods provided on RWDesk.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers supported by RWDesk.
You authorize RWDesk and its payment providers to process payments related to your project.
- Project Completion and Approval
After the freelancer submits the completed work, you are responsible for reviewing the delivery.
By approving the delivery:
- You confirm that the work has been accepted
- The freelancer becomes eligible for payment release through the marketplace process
If you have concerns, you should raise them through RWDesk before approving the delivery.
- Disputes
If there is a disagreement regarding a project, you agree to:
- Provide relevant information
- Cooperate with the review process
- Communicate through the Platform where possible
RWDesk may assist with dispute resolution but does not guarantee a specific outcome.
- Refunds and Payment Reversals
If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, RWDesk may review the transaction and take appropriate action.
This may include:
- Adjusting transaction records
- Restricting account activity
- Processing refunds where applicable
- User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Use RWDesk for lawful purposes
- Respect freelancer rights
- Not misuse the platform or payment system
- Not misuse the platform, payment systems, AI services, communication tools, or other RWDesk features.
- Provide clear, accurate, and sufficient project requirements to allow freelancers or AI services to understand the requested work.
- Ensure that your project requests do not involve illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
- Not post projects requesting:
- unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- malware, viruses, phishing tools, or security exploitation;
- fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or financial crime assistance;
- illegal goods, services, or activities;
- counterfeit documents, credentials, or misleading materials;
- any content that violates applicable laws or RWDesk policies.
- Not use RWDesk to request work that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
- Review and approve project details before submission and ensure all information provided is accurate.
- Understand that RWDesk may use automated systems, including AI-based review tools, to analyze project descriptions and identify potentially prohibited content.
- Understand that RWDesk may refuse, remove, restrict, or request modifications to projects that violate these Terms or platform guidelines.
- Third-Party Services
RWDesk uses third-party providers for payment processing and other services. These providers operate under their own terms and policies.
- Acceptance
By posting a project on RWDesk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Client Marketplace Agreement.
